Delete your TOKI account
This page explains how to permanently delete your TOKI account (com.brivfy.toki) and the data held with it. You do not need the app installed to make the request.
Fastest route, if you can still sign in: open TOKI and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Email toki@brivfy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my TOKI account”. We use the address you write from to confirm the account is yours, so please send it from that address.
We respond within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your profile details — name, email address, phone number, postal address and profile photo.
- All of your saved conversations, including their transcriptions and translations.
- Your sign-in identity, removed from our systems and from Google Firebase.
What is kept, and why
Usage and credit records are retained for financial book-keeping, in anonymized form — with no name, email address, phone number or postal address attached, so they can no longer be linked to you.
Your voice recordings are not part of deletion because they were never stored: audio is processed to produce a translation and discarded.
